We provide many opportunities for those who want to be equipped for specific callings or ministries and have over the years hosted dozens of interns in mission training, youth work and leadership. Below are just a few examples of the current intern and training contexts that we provide at The Well,. If you are interested in any of them please contact us via the office.
REACH London Learning Communities provide accountability and support for those launching or leading a missional community or missional project. These are workshop shaped gatherings that take place two or three times a year that follow a simple curriculum of learning and planning together with a cohort of other leaders on the same journey of pioneering or leading a missional community or project. Step-Out Mentoring Step Out is an early intervention mentoring organisation that provides support for children and young people in the heart of South London through outdoor based 1:1 mentoring and group workshops. We work with children and young people aged 8-18 who are disengaged with education and/or life. We support them in forging a way through life, encouraging them to thrive and become positive change makers in their communities.
Summer 21′ SUMMER ’21 comes from God’s dream of seeing young people aged 14-24 growing as Jesus’ followers and sharing his love in London. This is an exciting opportunity for young people to spend a week serving in London churches in a diverse mix of projects (whether you are from London or not!). If you are older than 24 but would still be keen to get involved please do get in touch with Isabella on isabella@reachlondon.org.
Pioneer Pathways is a three year framework of training that has been developed to create a clear route to raise and release leaders called by God to lead church. This includes those who see church leadership as their ‘primary life-work’ and others who will outwork that calling to lead church whilst in other employment.
